Operations Generalist Part Time

Starting Rate of Pay: $18-$25 per hour, based on experience.
Hours: 7am to 12pm Monday thru Thursday
Vacation: Vacation time is accrued based on the hours worked (3.85% for years 1-7)

Larson-Juhl is offering exciting full-time opportunities for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse associate team in Kent, WA. We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused warehouse associate who thrives in a professional team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders in a safe and timely manner.
- Conducting quality inspections and packaging items for delivery routes.
- Reviewing orders to ensure completeness and customer satisfaction.
- Operating equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or dollies (position-specific).
- Receiving and replenishing inventory as needed.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Valid ID
- Warehouse/production environment experience preferred
- Ability to perform multiple tasks or focus on a single station.
- Reading and recognizing product variations.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to measure using devices preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Time management and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to walk, lift, and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) for extended periods.
- Attention to detail.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
